Pretty nice boots overall, especially that they come in so many different colors. One can get away with wearing them in the office as they do match well with different color slacks.
The boots offer decent grip, except, of course, when the ground becomes damp due to rain/snow, especially in places like NYC sidewalks that are granite or other stone slabs, the boots can feel quite slippery.
On dry surfaces, they are perfect: enough ankle support, light weight for all day wearing, and quite frankly, stylish enough to fit in this city well.
The inside of the boots do get a bit smelly from time to time, so remember to pull out the insole to let it dry out once in a while -

Lacing is very nice and shoes seem to be super high-quality. The only downside is that runs half size bigger. I ordered the US 8 but in reality is like an 8.5. UK size says 7.5 so it should really be 8.5. Please consider this factor if your are going to buy these shoes. Otherwise are perfect.
