They are not to small around the waist - but the rise is tiny - they left about half my butt crack showing! Not what I am looking for in boy-short period panties! Maybe they're supposed to be for teens?? But it doesn't say that anywhere on the product description.
Also, I have other Born underpants that fit just fine.
