5.0 out of 5 stars. CRKT GunghoReviewed by Kuro from CA on Wednesday, May 12, 2021This is a solid duty knife. It's rather overbuilt with a heavy and solid feel to it lending to more durability than a sleek form factor. It feels like it can take a beating for duty use and the frame lock means it can take more demanding usage. The handle is comfortable with a rounded and smooth shape that admittedly doesn't match the straight and angular tanto blade of the knife. The blade is sharp, thick and deploys quickly with the Outburst assisted opening though it takes practice and technique to have it deploy properly each time. I imagine some people may not like this aspect of the knife as it's harder with a thumb stud than a flipper tab to deploy. I had to practice but now the blade opens instantly every time.
I think this knife is a good option for someone looking for a quality but inexpensive EDC/Duty knife where durability is more important than weight and form. The tanto blade also makes this a more versatile knife for all kinds of cutting tasks and the sub-3 inch blade length means it fits in a pocket nicely for any occasion. Whether hiking or weekend errands, I found it comfortable to carry.
Overall, this is a well-built entry level knife by a reputable brand for a bargain price. You can tell it was made by a manufacturer that knows what it's doing but is using less costly materials and design for an entry-level price. It should still cost twice as much so that's why it's 5 stars from me. -
4.0 out of 5 stars. Great high qualityReviewed by Jeff in OH from OH/USA on Monday, April 12, 2021Nice knife. Works smoothly. Sharp. Good medium sized carry pocket knife. Not huge fan of tanto but this might change my opinion. Perhaps a tad bit heavy but sturdy and solid. Feels right.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Fantastic KnifeReviewed by Andrew from Michigan on Friday, September 13, 2019What a great value! I picked this knife up for less than $30 on clearance. It performs very well, opens very easily with one handed flicking motion and locks into place tight. Very sharp knife even after using for almost a year. I love this knife, its my favorite one I own!
