I think that these boots are defective. I wear a solid size 8 and was so excited when these boots arrived, however I couldn't get my heel into the boot bottom! (I was pulling the side tags so hard that I strained the muscles in my lower back!)

I tried several times and then I searched online and watched a video where the lady was trying on the EXACT SAME Frye BOOTS as the ones I have. (And there was a comment from another person who had just returned these Same boots for the same reason....couldn't get her foot into it!) The suggestion was to use nylon socks that will help the boot side on. It worked for the lady in the video and only half worked for me....I got the right one on but not the left one.

So even though I love the color and they are super cute, I can't wear them, so they are going back.
