Average Rating:
4.3 out of 5 stars.
Starting back in 1993, a small group of outdoor industry mavericks broke away from the pack to follow a less-traveled path. From the very beginning, the primary goal of Mountain Hardwear was to create an outdoor gear brand with a sharp focus on technology-driven design, superior performance and hardcore reliability. The result of this function-first mentality has been an array of incredible Mountain Hardwear jackets, clothing, tents, backpacks, sleeping bags and accessories. Today, after more than two decades of industry-leading innovation, Mountain Hardwear continues to set new benchmarks for dependability in the toughest conditions on the planet.

5.0 out of 5 stars. great for narrow hipsReviewed by WomblessCrone from Oakland, CA on Thursday, November 14, 2024My hips are 35", my waist is 28, or 29. This pants are so perfect for my shape that I bought three types of Mt. Hardware pants from Sierra. I bought XS. I sort of doubt they would be easy to pull up over wide hips. These do not fit tight on my legs but neither are they baggy. They feel comfortable to wear like pajamas.

5.0 out of 5 stars. A nice surprise!Reviewed by Fox from PNW on Friday, October 25, 2024These are well fitting with thoughtful details. Boot zippers, articulated knees, nicely placed elastic on the straps, fleece lined pockets, side access on the bib pockets (which is great, because I hate when things fall out of that top pocket when I lean down). As with most women's workwear, the fabric weight and lining aren't super heavy, but they're still better than most.
I'm 5'9", 160 lbs and ordered a M. I can fit long johns and a slim sweatshirt underneath just fine. I definitely recommend.
