4.0 out of 5 stars. If it fits it’s a hitReviewed by Deks from NY, NY on Friday, November 22, 2024The collar is not lined or foam-filled but still offers good support if laced high up. Admirable cushion offers comfortable walking different surfaces, sole grips decently on ascent. Unfortunately after 4 days of 3-4 miles of leisurely walks, my right toe became sore. Not enough room in the toe box I supposed since a switch to a different pair, soreness dissipated. It’s still a qood quality comfortable shoe, just didn’t work for me.

Good support likewise. Until about 4 days of 3-4 miles leisurely walk, my right little toe started becoming sore. The toe box could have been a bit roomier. Switched to a different pair without further soreness.

So, better than most waterproof boots. They really bite into whatever you're walking on too, the traction is great. Best, I think I like the fit. I have narrow feet that splay wide in the toes. Somehow these things manage to accommodate all that. Break-in was minor and short, two or three miles.
I walk about 2,500 miles a year and appreciate good shoes. These are good shoes.
